A Picpoul de Pinet destined for the table, a wonderful pairing for seafood and cheese.
Contrary to popular belief, this grape variety evolves over time and gains in complexity after one or two years in the bottle.
Nose: Subtle aromas of white flowers and aniseed leading to fresh iodised notes.
