Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.



Weddings and other events 

  • Deposits are none refundable.
  • In the unlikley event of a cancellation or if you postpone an event; All monies paid are none refundable. If you postpone your event we must be notified straight away, You must then contact us to talk about new dates for re booking so that we can make sure we are able to accomadate you, please do not assume we can just move your date. The previous quote will no longer apply and you will need to be requoted as moving the date may incur flower avaibility to be changed etc.



We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the likely situation that you are not satisfied please contact us. We are happy to provide exchanges or refunds for the item purchased if all of the following conditions have been met;

  • Flowers/ plants have been cared for in accordance to the care instructions. (please see - Care instructions.)
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products we are to be notified about any issues regarding your order within two days of receving your item, delivery or colection.
  • The item is returned to us and or you have [rovided photographic eveidence by email.
  • Date and proof of purchase are required and need to be provided to us.
  • If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we may not be able to issue any claims for exchanges or refunds.



Flowers - By cutting the stems with a sharp knife or scissors. By placing them in deep water prior to arranging in a container.

Roses - As above, if the roses wilt re cut and stems into 2" of boiling water for 1 minute then plunge into deep water.

Tied Arrangement - As for flowers above, however if delivered in water pierce film and drain before undoing packaging. Do not untie your flowers, then as above.

Flower Arrangement - Where flowers are arranged in floral foam, add water daily.

General - Avoid putting flowers in direct sunlight, draughts or hot locations. Always use flower food provided. 


Caution - Some flowers and foliage’s may be toxic or cause skin irritations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always wash your hands after handling flowers/ plants. Lily stamens are known to stain permanently avoid contact with all surfaces, remove stamens if you prefer.

Flowers and plants are natural products, some colours and availability may differ or be unavailable at the time of purchase, but we will make every effort to source the products accordingly.
